My son recently had surgery on his right foot for tarsal coalition. Tomorrow marks 3 weeks out from surgery. He is wearing a removable cast boot but cannot walk on it for 6 weeks from the date of surgery.
He finishes his vicodin tomorrow but has needed it. Now we will only use tylenol and motrin. He has had considerable pain and still have numbness in his big toe and two adjacent toes. Is this typical?
