My 5yr came home 3wks ago with a band aide over 2bloody nails marks given by her teacher. It happened when teacher put her in time out with a incident report that states she said(my kid) I scratched her n if I did I didn't realize n I'm sorry if I did treated with TLC. She now has a scar. When I put her to bed tonight I noticed nail marks on her bicep. When I asked her what happened she said it was from when ms... Put me in time out!!! I'm pissed. My child is a child of dual military n that's very hard on her so we have her in play therapy to help her n our family. The director of her daycare is a military wife, r u kidding me?!! I want to report the abuse but the daycare I wNt to put her in just filled up and there's no other daycare within 20 mi radius!! Plz help

I agree with Cecilia, you should protect your child and not your needs. I would have reported it by the first time already.

Why didn't you report it the first time it happened? You don't plan on reporting child abuse against your own child because of your needs? Sorry if it sounds rude but your job as a parent is to protect your child and you are not doing that. Your own daughter has already lost faith in your ability to do so because she didn't run right home and tell you about the marks on her arm. She knew you would do like last time, have a talk.

Seriously remove the child from their care, report them to as many places as needed to get someone to listen. Saying there is no other daycare means you accept defeat and will allow people to do this to your child.
