I need help my teenage daughter has been having a hard time finding friends. She seens to be an outcast this year. Is there anything I can do to help her?

I agree, extra curricular activities. I'd also encourage her to talk openly about her feelings. Is she being bullied? You say outcast, why? I just worry when I hear things like this because of all the things you hear about kids being isolated. Hopefully getting her into a hobby or sport or something will help her to meet friends.

Ah those teen years! Yikes. Girls can be so mean to other girls. I would suggest getting her involved in activities outside of school that she reallyl enjoys doing. That way she will find people that share her interests.
