My daughter is 15 and she refuses to go to school. She takes public transportation. She is scared all of a sudden to ride the bus. She said people are watching her and she said she twitches and she loses balance. I took her to a psychiatrist and now she's in therapy and she's on medication. She always saying something is wrong with her brain. It's been a month since she's been in school. I don't know what else to do.

Sign her up for an online school until she gets past this problem so that she does not fall too far behind. If you are in the US, every state has a "public" online school. In most states it is free, in others there are small fees. She should be able to transfer to this program and still graduate without having to repeat this year.

As for her fears. Is she afraid to go out at all, or only to school? Is she only afraid of the public transportation? If she is only afraid of the public transport, have you tried riding with her to see if you can see the people watching her? For now, continue having her see the psychiatrist ( I think a psychologist might be helpful too).
