My daughter is only 3 months old, and lately has been drooling and chewing on her fingers. BUT today was a whole other ball game. Last night she didn't sleep very well at all. (she usually sleeps through the night). And all day today shes been fussy(she never ever fusses ), more clingy then usual

, not wanting anyone but mommy , not wanting to play with her toys or her swing, and she's drooled soooo much that I've kept a bib on here all day, not to mention her chewing on her fingers and hands. She's felt a little warmer today than usual but her temp is only reading 98.7 . Family members are saying shes beginning to teeth. Already? Only at 3 months old? I've read some things that support the idea but I'd like to know what you guys think! Thanks!

Sounds like teething to me! All babies are different and the symptoms vary, but the symptoms you are describing are typical. Give her cold wash cloths to chew on, baby motrin if she has a fever, drinks of water, and teething pills or orajel. This too shall pass.
