Teething day Or night?

I'm just wondering if it's possible for a baby to only e bothered by teething durin the day bcozy daughter has just started sleeping through the night she is 6 Months I get from bout 7pm till 5am on average with a dream feed at 9pm but she is really unsettled during the day crying alot outta the blue like she will be happy n then just start crying n winging te early childhood nurse said she is teething she has the rash n rosy cheeks n u can see them in her gums none have come thru yet but I was wondering why it doEsnt seem to bother her at nigh n infact outta the blue she has started to sleep through where normally she would wake several times a night yer any ideas?

all babies are different and handle things different. it's great that she's not been bothered by it at night time. you can get stuff at the chemist for teething to rub on her gums this might help her during the day. i could only use sm33 on my daughter as she didn't like the taste of the others. hopefully she won't get bothered at night by them and keep sleeping through for you.
