If your baby gets fever from teething or really fussy from the pain, you could give medicine. I would get a teething gel and rub it on the gums. Get teething rings and keep them cool in the fridge.

Teething is painful! Sharp little teeth are cutting through those tiny pink gums! Also keep in mind that many children get ear pressure and ear infections when they teeth as well. (runny noses, drooling too)

There are teething medicines both medicinal and homeopathic out there. I would get a baby wash cloth wet, ring it out, then freeze it for a short while. Not until frozen, just until it was good and cold, and let my kiddo gnaw on that. The cold felt good on those delicate little gums!
