Does anyone have a ten year old child who is always hungry?

This is due to your child growing. It is proven that lack of drinking water may lead to reasons your body tells you, you are hungry. Have them drink water and eat a protein with each meal for example. Breakfast- eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Lunch- turkey, ham, ground beef, beef, chicken, and even peanut butter. Dinner- steak, fish, beans, meats. I recommend skimping on things like chicken nuggets and hotdogs etc for a growing child. And if they don't like water add a splash of juice to lemon juice in it, or the lemonade packets.

Everyone with a boy probably has the same thing. Honestly, they are empty pits while they are growing. Just make sure you are providing him with healthy food choices and that he is also getting plenty of exercise.

Not a 10 year old boy... no, but I have a 6 year old boy and two older girls... and all 3 are bottomless pits.

When Tony and Jonas were about ten they would eat entire boxes of bagel bites individually when I left to pick Mei and Gao up from Pre-K. I would have to have at least 10-15 boxes stocked up in my fridge in order to only have to shop once a week. It was not easy having 11 kids, 3 of them babies and having to spend that much extra on food. Luckily 10 year old girls are not as bad. Brighton just said they were gross for eating that much every time. I know this may not be the most encouraging, but they are now 13 and my microwave has not had a break since.

My 17 year old son is a bottomless pit as well. He does go through spurts of eating a lot and then slows down for a while too. Has been doing that since he was little.
