I read an article from a link on facebook recently, and in the article the mom was defending mommy competition. One side says it's unacceptable because all kids develop at different rates and should not be compared, and no one should be criticized for their choices. The other side says that the competition is actually helpful because it is a way of passing along information and helping people make sure their child is on track in case their really is a problem. I would also like to note here that we aren't talking about the mean, rude comments and accusations of someone being a bad parent. I'm talking more about the "I do things this way and it's better than the other ways because..." What's your opinion on Mommy competition?
