As they are now adults I don't think it's a major issue.
I would just be frank about your concerns. Talk to him about why you are worried about this. It's better to have a frank conversation then just ban him from doing it.
If you don't give him some freedom he's going to go off on his own and find it himself. Then you won't be around to stop him from doing whatever he wants right?

At 18 and 20.... they are both adults. It's not something I would agree with, but if SHE is ok with it.... it's really their choice. Granted, you can tell him that if he goes over then you won't allow him to live at home anymore... or something like that... since your house equals your rules. Some day soon he's probably going to realize that at 18 he is free to make his own choices though.
Have you told him why you don't agree with it... or did you just forbid it? Is he going away to college... or staying home? What do you think is going to happen to him when he's off on his own and realizes that his Mom can't control his every move anymore?
