I need to know if it's okay for the father to carry my child on his taxes return if he is paying child support for him.And I don't get any money from him after he files.

It has to be determined in court. You can't decide who gets to claim the child that you both created. so, right now, no you can't stop him from claiming the child that he is supporting. Only one of you can claim the child on taxes, so I'd recommend that you get your attorney to enter a motion to get that changed. If you don't, and you both claim the child, one of you will be cited for fraud. Most likely the one who hasn't claimed the child previously on taxes.

What do the support orders state? IMO, if one is paying support, that one should be able to claim the child for taxes. As far as you getting any money after he files...well, they're HIS taxes, not yours, so you aren't entitled to that money.
