My husbands x-wife is still getting child support but we have the kids. It is so stressful. Why is it so hard to get help having it stopped? We pay her 600.00 a month.

Changes for submission is referring to the CHANGES that the attorney should be drafting to the custody and support orders, so that they can be SUBMITTED to the judge for a decision.

You do need to do some research, and your husband needs an attorney

Amber Marie, Perhaps you should Google this. Just the fact that Shawn was willing to give you the term for it should be a good start for you. You will need a lawyer for this anyways. That is the person you should be checking with anyways. They will get the ball rolling.

It requires attorneys, and amended court orders. I would recommend your husband having his attorney draft some changes for submission.
