You must be feeling overwhelmed, but first ask yourself; "Where can I take control of a situation? What changes can I make? Then do what needs to be done. Very often, it's possible to get past an anxiety cycle with the help of friends or family -- someone who can help you sort out your problems. Regular exercise is also very helpful. Deep breathing, small frequent meals can also assist you. It's important that you try to relax your thinking and your body so that you can get some rest. Prayer also helps tremendously and spending time in devotional readings.

If you find that it's more than you can handle, you should consider a therapist, or perhaps even medication for a short period of time to assist you. Don't worry, anxiety can be helped and controlled; you need to be patient in order to help your body and mind to readjust to normalcy.
