My three year old son has been hitting, pushing, and pinching at school. It's so hard because I cannot control what happens there. He is in a 2 year old class because they base it off school year schedule and won't move him up until he's fully potty trained. One of his classmates has bitten him a couple of times. But he's been showing this behavior towards most of the kids. I talk to him about it but don't know what else I can do?!

There is really not much you can do unless you are there at his school telling him to stop. I had this same problem with my 3yr old he was also biting pinching and everything its a learned behavior. it has stopped but it did go on for about two months I dont wana say this a phase he will get over it cause its not its just something they have to learn not to do. I told him biting hurts pinching hurts if he would like to be pinched or bitten and he looks down and says no lol.

Your Welcome. And yes that's the way it was at my sons school he had daily logs but what I also liked is like anytime anthing happened well most of the time they wrote it down on his log. I really feel as tho it is something they go through but idk I could be wrong just keep letting him know that it hurts lol

Thank you. It's comforting knowing I'm not the only one. It's just frustrating because I feel like he's getting a bad rap at school. Very rarely he gets sent home with a daily log that says good mood etc. his teacher is also very sweet almost too sweet. Not sure if my stubborn toddler really get held accountable for the behaviors.
