She is still learning how to express her emotions. Try communicating with her. Explain to her that what she is not allowed to do or say and tell her why. You may have to explain it to her several times. Also try redirecting her. That does wonders for my son. If she is doing something she shouldn't be doing, have her do something you approve of. Also if she is saying something she isn't supposed to say, turn it around. Say if she says the word stupid and she is not allowed to say that then repeat her but use another word ( a silly word) in it's place. Chances are she will like the silly word and use that. Also when you want her to do something give her two choices and let her choose. She is also learning independence so by giving her 2 choices that you approve, she will feel as though she is making the decision and at the same time doing what you want her to do.
