Ok... So I have gained a few pounds over the past year...like over 20!! OMG!!! But with school, work, kids, and family and all the running around...getting home late...I'm just too tired to work-out.. Not anymore. Gotta find the time to get back into shape!! Any suggestions from the busy moms who find time? Your thoughts and suggestions would be more than welcomed!

Great! I also read somewhere that it takes 8 weeks before you'll see the difference so don't get discouraged!

also get an exercise belt. its just a belt that tightens around your abdomen. I wore it after giving birth and didn't work out AT ALL and it flatten my stomach. You can wear it while you're at home, cooking, cleaning. doing laundry, etc. Its really simple and does work. But if you wear it while you're working out, it will burn off your stomach quicker! it will make you sweat alot around that area causing you to burn off alot. You can wear it to work too but depends on how comfortable you are with wearing it not to mention sometimes it's hard to wear it under clothing bc its just so noticeable. But it really does work due to my experience.

I have found getting up early in the morning before the kids is best because then I have all this energy throughout the day, although it's a bit trickier now that my 2 year old senses when I'm awake. So if I don't squeeze it in the am, I try to reserve some energy for after the kids go to bed, but it's definitely harder to get motivated then.
