While breast feeding my son early this morning I began to get a tingling annoying pain in my breast. It happens in the top nipple area and stops if I apply some pressure to it. It feels like needles. I have experienced this pain before but it doesn't come often, it stops when take my son off the said breast. It only happens in one breast after my son feeds for a while and is still sucking. Help

That is your "let down reflex" totally normal. it is the nerves wakening to the suckling of the baby and sending the message to your brain to make milk
