Even though sore and hurting over a see section one way to meditate and help metabolism is to breath hold in core from bottom to top tummy muscles hold in for 30 seconds let out. All while breathing you can do them anywhere. You will be suprised just breastfeeding but just be careful you don't wanna rip stiches let your body heel lots of protein because you will need the energy just to keep up with baby! Good luck!
