Today in court, my sons father gave up all his responsibility for my son. He said that a dna test that he took proved he wasn't the dad. He refused to take a court ordered paternity if I agreed to let him be done with us.how do I go about taking him off the birth certificate

Why on earth would you agree to it? If he is the father, he shouldn't be able to just walk away with no financial responsibility!

You should be able to go the court house and speak with them about getting an amendment.. Otherwise call DHS or speak with the courts... But really your attorney should be able to help you with getting an amendment to have fathers name removed...

So, you agreed to accept a DNA test that he won't let you see? Not a good idea. Contact your attorney, see if you can get a new hearing scheduled.

He is relieved of all of that and on the court papers stated by the judge that she will accept the dna test he said he tool( without any papers on the dna test) because I agreed to it

You don't, until he submits to the court ordered test. Until then, he needs to be on the hook for support.
