My toddler has a strong odor on his armpits, is any safe deodorant for kids?

Thank you both! I wash my toddler every day of the week! I will try the baby powder!

Try washing your child. Bathing 2-3 times a week, with sponge baths (baby wipes work great) in between.

No, no, no! Babies/toddlers do not need deodorant--they need to be washed thoroughly with a warm washcloth and a baby soap like Johnson & Johnson's. That smell is common in the folds of the skin--under the neck, armpits, groin, etc. Make sure you pull open all the folds of skin & gently clean with warm water and the gentle liquid soap. That will take care of the odor. Caldesene powder or Gold Bond BABY powder used sparingly will help .
