my son is 2yr 8months and he is suffering from tonsils,he could'nt sleep,eat or swallow,he makes my heart sore when i saw him that way i wish i could take away his pain and make it mine,so must i book for him so that they can remove them?

What has your physician said? Have you consulted a physician? This is sometimes a necessary procedure. (the tonsilectomy, that is)
Find out what your physician's recommendations are, and then make an appropriate choice.

Ask you pediatrician for a referral to a EENT. If he snores, has trouble breathing at night or sounds stuffy all of the time, he may benefit from having them removed. Typically the adenoids get removed as well. I know surgery is a scary though but little kids to great with this procedure and is overall health may benefit greatly.
