I was 150lbs before pregnancy and 143lbs day after birth. Now 4 months postpartum I am 136lbs and feel like a withered grass no strength. I am also very weak. I am now making it a huge priority to gain weight. A little about me - I am breastfeeding, this is my first baby, and I am new to being a stay at home mom. Beyond losing weight is it normal to have considerably less strength after baby. Also when I try to lunge i feel strained in the groin.
