Transitioning from two sleeps to one

Hi everyone! Im after some advice.
My almost one year old is currently transitioning from two day sleeps to one.
The reason I thought she was ready is because she started refusing her afternoon sleep or taking up to an hour to go to sleep then only sleeping for half an hour.
She sleeps 12hrs overnight and before changing to one sleep would sleep combined 3-4hrs during the day.

Since I have changed her routine she is only sleeping for 45minutes - 1hr15 at the mos for her day sleep! She wakes up crying like she is still tired.
I have to put her to bed at 6 because she just won't last the distance then she sleeps until 7am the next day.

This is her routine:
7am wake bottle
8am breakfast
10am morning tea
11:30am lunch
12pm sleep
Bottle when she wakes
3:30pm afternoon tea
5;30pm dinner
7:00pm bed (or earlier when only short nap)

I have tried changing the time she goes down to slightly earlier/later. Also have Tried giving her lunch when she wakes up.
All resulting in a short cat nap and an overtired baby.

My question is, is this normal for her to not sleep as much now that she only sleeps one?
Is it just part of the transition, and will she start to sleep longer again?
Should I go back to two sleeps or persist with the one?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm starting to feel like I've done the wrong thing by changing her routine.

Thanks in advance!!
