Well be traveling to Greece with our 10month old son in summer for 2 weeks. What do you suggest with regards to food? I currently make all my baby food and only give a couple of fruit jars when in need. Do I need to give jars for 2 weeks? My baby is having pureed food at the moment . Practical advice please!!

Hi Tricia, i have ten month old twins. I also make all their food but give them fruiyt jars once in a awhile too. but if we are going away to grandmas i make thier food in a very large quantity and put tie them in freezer bag(portion sizes when i get to grandmas i put all the little bags into the freezer. and then defrost as and when needed. the jar foods taste differnt so if you give him 2 weeks of jar food he might start refusing home cooked food. on the other hand if he is not a fussy eater then just take jar food.

I make a lot of baby food as well, but always use jars for when we are out. That way I don't have to worry about keeping the food cold, then warming when it's time to eat, so I think it would be very sensible to use jars while traveling.
