Sometimes sterilizers fail to work properly due to incorrect water levels or cycle timing frequency. If water levels are too low, the cycle may take longer than required. If water levels are too high, the sterilizer may beep to alert you that something is wrong. The machine can also overheat if cycles run too close together. To run efficiently, it needs a chance to cool down before it cycles again. It is also important that the connection to the electrical power source is not interrupted. If you use an extension cord, it must have enough current to power the machine.
