okay so ive had about 3 questions regarding my situation already and i finally got some news that ive been waiting on. To start let me give you a bit of history. I was on depo earlier this year for a short time (2) shots to be exact My first shot in Feb then my 2nd & LAST shot in April. Did not go back for the one in july....

okay fast foward so after all the spotting & bleeding while being on depo & the Ifs ab the whole ordeal. I finally got what i had been waiting 4 my period, it was confirmed 2day that the SHOT is completley out of my system.. the doctor said i am ovulating now but i may ovulate every month like suppose to i may not whos to say.. but i really am trying 2 conceive now My period started last friday i usually have 7 day periods so it should be gone by this friday completley so when would be the best time for me to try & make a baby some say 7 days after some say 15 i have a ovulation chart if that helps

The best way of getting pregnant if you are unsure of your cycle is to have sex every three days from when your period finishes until day 19 of your cycle. Yes this is a lot of sex but you have to remember that sperm lives for 3-5 days. As you are unsure about your cycle this would cover all early and late ovulations and give you the best chance. Also remember to prop your hips up on a pillow which allows the sperm to swim to the cervix faster and stay led down for at least half an hour. You have then covered all angels and should conceive fairly quickly.

Contact your OBGYN. Your doctor can give you some great ideas on how to know when you're ovulating

I used the mucus method as Well when your mucus is thick and streches between your fingers thats the best time to try, My husband and I got pregnant our first try using that method :)
good luck!!

They have ovulation tests at the store (right next to the pregnancy tests) if that helps. It really just depends on your body. Everyone is different, so while for some it may very well be 7 days, for others it may take longer. I would get the ovulation tests so it's accurate. I know for myself, it was literally just a couple days after I ended my period that I conceived. I'm not really sure exactly how that happened, but it did.

But I have a question, though.. Why take the Depo shots if you wanted another baby??

It took me a year to get pregnant after being on depo it really seems to mess with your system. Good luck getting pregnant though.

ok.. well i track my mucus.. creighton method.. right now im using it to avoid pg, but it can be used to achieve as well.. im pretty regular, personally my fertility is bt 8 and 14 days after my period starts... not ends, starts... but this is just me.. i know theres a general period of time that drs tell you that may be pretty reliable, but everyone is different, im just giving you mine, so i mean you can track it a couple differnt ways. there are those ovulation tests at stores as well.. but im just here to tell you ive been using this method for about a year, and have stayed not pg, bc thats wht i wanted lol.. but i understand the same goes with trying, so just check out ur options
