Trying to Conceive at 45

Hello I am 45 years old and me and my husband are trying to have baby #2. I had a miscarriage at the beginning of this year in February and my HCG numbers went back to 0 in June 2015 (natural miscarriage).

Let me give you some brief history: My periods were very irregular and I used Lydia Pinkham in Nov 2014 and must have conceived my baby in Dec 2014 but miscarried in Feb 2015. My period came on June 12 and after that my number dropped to 0.

My question is I have not had a cycle yet and my husband and I desperately want to have another baby. Is there anything I can do to jump start my period back?

Thanks so much!

Go see a top notch infertility doctor. You may need some hormonal intervention. At 45 conceiving may be tough for you. Have you considered adoption? Or, you could use a surrogate?
