April, CPS does everything in their power to keep children with their mothers. If they aren't giving you your kids there is a darn good reason. Ask your social worker what steps you need to take. I wish you the best of luck.

Ok, so you were high when you had one, which was removed, and you proceeded to NOT get clean, get pregnant again, and also introduced drugs to that one prior to its birth...and you wonder why you are having a hard time.

Have you stayed ABSOLUTELY clean? Not screwed up any of your testing? Followed all CPS stipulations in order to get your children back? What was the goal time for you to be clean? Usually they'll say you need to get and stay clean for a MINIMUM of so many months before you can start regaining custody.

Well, generally there is a reason CPS has the babies in the first place. A bit more information would be helpful.
