Okay this is going to be a long post: My son is 6 going on 7 this November he was suppose to be in Kindergarden last year but the teacher couldn't handle him and frankly didn't even want to try. So the head start program took him in and worked with him this past school year, we still had problems but they were more willing to work with him and not against him. My son can be a handful at times but he is also very smart, he has been somewhat behind since he was 9 months old but I have taken him to every specialist known and his doctor makes sure we did/do everything we can for him. Well he doesn't really have a choice for next year he has to go to Kindergarden and I'm worried about the teacher we've had numerous meetings and she always rolls her eyes and acts like she don't even care and I'm sick of it!!! I wanna homeschool him but his dad doesn't approve and honestly it wouldn't be fair since his sister will be going to Kindergarden, I just don't know what to do???? My son already has bad feelings towards her(the teacher) because when he went to school with her for a small amount of time and all she did was sent him home everyday after 2 hours of class. She says she can't understand him and he wants her attention, we of course he does he's a kid all kids want attention. Anyone been thru this and have ideas of what I can do to I don't want to allow her to have negitive outcome on my son he doesn't deserve it, he's sweet and loving towards alot of people (mainly those who he has a connection with). HELP!!!!
