My name is Rachel and I'm a Junior in College (21 years of age) and I think I might be pregnant. I'm on birth control but I definitely don't take it every day or at the same time every day which is okay because my fiancé and I are trying to have a baby. I know that this isn't safe if I'm trying to conceive, but my mom wants me to take it, that's the only reason I do. I've been having right side pains for the last week and the last three days I've had nausea and fatigue (but I haven't thrown up). It's not an appendicitis or a cyst. HELP! I'm afraid to take a pregnancy test!

If you want to know for sure if you are pregnant or not then you need to take a test. And you are 21 years old, so why are you doing like your mom tells you to do? You are an adult now and you could take into consideration her ideas and all but its your choice. And if you and your guy want to have a baby that is up to you not your mother. As for the pains you have had and the other symptoms, maybe you should check with a doctor to make sure you are not having appendix problems or a cyst. You are not a doctor so you do not know for sure that it is not either of those or another problem totally.

" I definitely don't take it every day or at the same time every day which is okay because my fiancé and I are trying to have a baby..."

Are you flipping serious?!?!?! That is NOT "okay"!!! Either take it every day at the same time or don't take it at all, dip $%^&.
And suck it up and take a pregnancy test. You can't even muster the courage to take an over the counter pee stick and you think you have what it takes to raise a child?!?!!?

How on EARTH did you get into college and manage to stay there for 3 years???

You are 21. What you do or do not do w/ your life isn't up to your mother. If you want to have a baby... stop taking birth control. If you think you might be pregnant... go see your doctor. If you are having pain, nausea, and fatigue... you should go get checked out regardless of pregnancy or not.
