Trying to lose this baby weight!?

I am 23 years old and have a 10 month old baby girl. I have been working out about 3 time a week for about an hour and eat healthy; however I can’t seem to lose any weight. This has been going on for about a month now. I would like to lose about 15-20 pounds. The baby weight will just not go away…lol. How suggestions

If youre watching everything you drink in the day, you might be amazed on how many calories youre actually drinking if you drink coffee and juice and pop and whatnot, bottle of water with mint and lemon and that could help quench your thirst and not taste so plain..
take the stairs instead of the elevator, eat lean meats, if youre gonna diet, make sure theres atleast one day a week that you "spoil" yourself with a treat otherwise you're gonna feel deprived and then end up binging and that wont get you anywhere! XD
Pace yourself! Oh, this model I read about used to take nude pictures of herself and every week the picture looked different because after she stopped losing the weight, she was shedding the inches and she didnt even realize it until she looked back on her photos, interesting idea huh? I tried it, and it actually worked! After I stopped losing weight I measured and man what a difference, member ladies! chin up and jazz yourself out as much as you want, cuz its also about your attitude! =D

Have you tried alot of fruits and somtimes sweet and regular potatoes sometimes do the trick.

I'm also 23 with a 10 1/2 month old.... I also still have 20 lbs that will just not go away no matter what I do!! Sorry I don't have any suggestions for you but you're not alone!!
