My one twin who is a sweet as can be, is not putting her feet on the ground when I hold her up! She bring her legs up like she is sitting. She also will only roll to her left and not to her right. She jumps in her jumper like a pro, and sits up on her own. She holds her own bottle with both hands, bangs things together,& babbles a little. She cannot sit up from laying down either. When I put things in front of her to encourage her to crawl, she only reaches with her right arm. Her dr. said to call in a month if she is still not standing up. But Im so worried about her :(

Give it a month and just keep encouraging her to stand up when you hold her up. My son didn't sit up on his own until he was about 9 months and didn't start crawling until 10 months and he was walking a week after his first birthday. Don't panic yet. Just take it one day at a time. Do some bicycle stretches with her a few times through out the day so she gets used to extending her legs. If she can bounce in her jumper, then she can put her feet down, so maybe she just needs a bit more encouragement to do so when you are just holding her up.
