I am approaching 20 weeks and have had regular doctors appointments and everything has really been on point. My cycle is extremely irregular because I am so irregular to date my pregnancy my first ultrasound was January 15th, 2014. I was measured at 6 weeks 1 day. My last period ( I think ) was November 19th 2013. My EDD from my ultrasound was September 8th 2014. Which is more accurate to go by the ultrasound measurement or my LMP. There is a two week difference. At the January 15th ultrasound going by my LMP I would have been 8 weeks not 6 weeks.

Anywho, is it possible that I conceived November 9th-12th and am actually four to five weeks further along, this entire pregnancy?

EDD= Estimated Due Date. So really it is a guess through what they see on the ultrasound, and when your last period was. They can be a week or 2 off, but not 4-5 unless something is medically slowing the babies growth. I am not saying something is wrong with baby, just meaning that a month makes a huge difference in babies growth, and they would not make that mistake. 1-2 weeks, sure. 4-5, no.

Probably not. That is a pretty big difference believe it or not. Google week by week baby growth, and you will see why.

Thank you. I just had a doctors appointment and ultrasound on Tuesday and they said everything with the baby looks great and right on track. Wasn't sure if they could possibly mistake a 24-25 week fetus for a 19 week fetus
