My circadian clock has been switched around for years. It seems like no matter what I try, I cannot sleep at night. Then I end up eating crap all night long. I usually end up sleeping all day, unless I have to walk my sister's dog. Then after I walk him, we cuddle and I take a nap. I have tried to stay up all day and I end up falling asleep in the afternoon or evening more or less against my will. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !
