Hi my son is 3 1/2 months old and he does not Like tummy time and he barely lifts his head. I'm worried something is wrong. He likes to sit up and he does not roll either what should I do. He is not reaching the milestones the doctor told me about.

All babies develop at different rates. Your doctor's guidelines are only when he will START to do these things, but only a percentage of babies actually do. It can be 5 months or so before many babies can do this, even lifting their head fully. You need to keep giving him tummy time (whether he likes it or not) to help develop that upper body strength he will need. But don't worry too much at this point, these milestones are not set in concrete and you shouldn't be too concerned yet.

my daughter HATED tummy time. She had it like 4 times. Her first roll was back to tummy. Is he a heavier baby? My daughter is big for her age and she was a little slow on physical milestones since she needed to be a bit older and stronger to do it.
