Shaving is the most common way of taking care of underarm hair

Deodorant or antiperspirant is the most common way of handling body odor between showers.

I started shaving my legs and underarms when I was 12. I started wearing deodorant when I was 10, due to sports. I wouldn't use any chemicals on her young skin, so I would shave it, if it's long enough, or you could get waxing strips at any drug store. It is a bit painful the first time, but stays gone longer and is better for your skin.
