Underweight while using Implanon? The website doesn't say anything about underweight women using it.

Some background...I got Implanon put in May 19, 2011 a few months after my daughter was born. With the pregnancy I gained 12 pounds and after delivery I lost 20 pounds. Bringing me to weigh about 106 pounds, A year later I'm struggling to keep myself above 100 pounds. I looked on Implanon's website and it only mentions over weight it may not work as well. Does this include underweight? At first I bled for 6 months straight and then got 2 periods a month for awhile and 4 months ago it started to get back to 1 week long period every month. Other than the underweight issue it seems to work fine, no other symptoms. But I did notice that for the first 10 months I felt sick every morning and now I only feel sick every so often not necessarily in the morning. Do you think It was my body getting used to the medicine? Or was I receiving too much dose at one time and now its lowering? I would talk to the doctor who put it in, but she decided to take her practice to another state.

I'd go to the doctor it doesn't have to be the same one. These things have a lot of side affects and affect everyone differently though it normally says weight gain it probably just affects you different. I'd ask questions anyway. I have it to and really need to be going to the doctor. I feel like absolute crap with it. I reckon all up there would have been maybe a week where I"ve felt okay.
