We all have those recipes that aren't very healthy, but make them just because the family loves them so much, or they are just so easy. Here's my favorite "unhealthy" recipe.
1pkg shredded hash browns (cooked according to directions)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
1 dozen eggs (scrambled)
shredded cheddar cheese
place cooked hash browns on bottom of baking pan, then sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Mix soups then layer on top of potatoes. layer 2/3 of bacon on the soups. Next add scrambled eggs, followed by cheddar cheese, and finally top with remaining 1/3 of bacon. Place in oven at 250 and bake for 25min.
