Unsuccessful Potty Training

My daughter just turned 3 in November. She has been potty trained for nearly a year - but she will not go #2 in the potty. For some reason she is terrified of it, will scream her head off if I even try to put her on there when she clearly needs to poop. I've tried fun things, rewards, movies, books to help her even attempt but she doesn't care. Anyone have any advice on what to do? Her pediatrician says it's not that out-of-the-norm for a girl to go through this but it's been so long I feel like SOMETHING can help push her a little bit. She goes pee no problem at all in the potty.

My first daughter was the exact same. It just took one day she pooped in the potty and she realized it was okay. I don't know if you reward, but we did and that helped - she really wanted the three m & ms she would get for #2, and she really wanted the underwear. We also did a sticker chart and when she got enough stickers (double for poop) she could pick out of the treasure box.

I have just started round 2 with my 2.5 year old. Sigh
