My fiance and I won temporary full custody of his son April 30th, due to his son coming back from his mother's with marks every week and constant threats going on out there between her ex-boyfriend and her. The court granted supervised visits with no overnights, she has asked twice and we have offered two visits (one being for mother's day since she did not ask to see him) However, our papers we recieved in the mail stated the mother is saying we have been with holding her son from her and not allowing visits. The court has seen pictures of all the marks and threats going on, I was wondering if they would have shown her the pictures or if she won't see and know about them until the final hearing? The mother has told everyone, CPS took her child because we were lying about burn marks, and CPS contacted Cody to pick him up and that is why we have him right now, so she needed a laywer to fight our lies. We have multiple picture evidence and phone recordings. We are in the state of Ohio.
