Vanishing Pregnancy Symptoms

Hello! I am just about 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd! I had this confirmed at week 3 with 2 home tests, as well as blood work at my OB/GYN. During week 3, I was very dizzy, and had a lot of nausea. Then, nothing! The only symptom I have had consistently, are very achy breasts. I have Googled this, and it is just stressing me out more, so thought I'd join here and get some advice. I go in on the 17th for my first U/S, OB visit, and am SO nervouse they will say I miscarried. I have no history of it, and no pain or bleeding whatsoever. Just...painful breasts! I am convinced I am no longer pregnant. How can I go from feeling so horrible at week 3, to feeling wonderful?! Help? Need some encouragement here! Thanks!

DON'T GOOGLE!! It is the for sure way to freak yourself out.

Some women only experience a short bout of nausea at the beginning, and some eperience none at all. Unless you have a more sure sign of miscarriage, I would recomment rest and relaxation. With my son, I was sick all day, every day until he was born. My daughter gave me a week or two of trouble and was a breeze for the rest of the pregnancy. Keep your spirits up! :)
