I am a first time mom of a seven month old Sweet Baby! I have been vegan for about fifteen years (I'd love to hear from any vegans out there) and know how time consuming food prep and shopping can be. I gained a lot of weight while pregnant and have lost 30 lbs since and have about 50 to go. I work out at least three times a week and am really struggling to lose weight.
My husband works really long hours and can be gone from morning to night some days and when I do have family come to help I use that time to run/exercise rather than make food. I find myself grabbing quick and easy meals; translation, carbs as I have a very demanding and busy babe.
The lack of weight loss is really taking a toll on my self confidence.
