I call it chili, but you can be the judge. I use a box of elbow macaroni, can of corn, can of pinto and kidney beans, rotel, garlic salt, and I use 1lb. hamburger but you can take it out of course. I cook the pasta and meat like normal, and then just mix it all together, or let it sit in a crock pot for a while to get flavors together. Serve in a bowl with shredded cheese and it's my "$5 Chili" and it's filling. If you don't want the meat, you could add mushrooms or something maybe to have something else in there, but we like it.
