My kids father and I are soon to go before a judge for visitation rights... We've had a rocky history together in an event where he threatened to give one if his exs baby drugs to get her in trouble. I fear for my kids safety and we have 2 babies together. What can I do to ensure their safety???

When you go to court, tell them that you are afraid and ask for supervised visitation to start with. Do not start accusing your ex of all kinds of things that you can't prove. Try to be respectful, but tell the truth. If there's anything you do have in e-mails or texts that would confirm your stories, print them out and show them to the judge. Be careful though, if you have been hateful to him in e-mails or texts he can use that against you too.

I can't prove that he said that but I can prove that he has a prescription pill problem. Would that raise concern? His criminal background isn't clean either, their just misdemeanors for now.
