Okay I have a dilemma!

I've been on overnights since September 3 2013. This shift has literally been killing me because I do not get the proper sleep I need throughout the day. My two year old little girl goes to daycare in the morning until about 330 when I go pick her up. When we come home I feed her play with her give her a bath and then daddy comes home and he puts her down to sleep. Then I go to work at like 8pm until 430 sometimes even 6am. While my daughter is in daycare I still don't get much sleep because mornings are hectic when getting the baby ready for daycare and once my husband takes her to daycare I lay down to sleep and its always something, the dog need to be let out every five minutes or someone is always calling me to pick them up from somewhere or take them somewhere. I wouldn't leave my phone on but I need to just in case daycare calls me. So anyway, even longer story short, I applied for a job that has hours of 12pm-8pm and i woildnt see my daughter at all unless i woke her up after i get home to bath her and fes her and brush her teeth jist to see her. I need suggestions if its a good idea to do that or just continue this overnight job and let her sleep or would it be okay to wake her up out of a sleep because I've never really had to do that.
