If you feel more comfortable writing a letter than personally speaking to her, that is ok. I think that she will appreciate you putting your feelings on paper, rather than staying quiet and only be seen as the tough parent. She may not understand you need to make rules for her own good now, but as she grows and matures she will come to understand.

They tell me Im to hard on them but Im the only one here most of the time so I have to play both parts.. They say I holler to much but they don't listen I have to get loud for there selective hearing.. I try so hard to be a great parent. My oldest told me she hated me and wish I wasn't get mother that she has never liked me man that cutts deep but I always tell her I love her more

I understand u 100% my hubby is a truck driver too ....I occasionally sit with my girls and disscuss what they don't like about my parenting style..and try to come to a middle ground with them. I think if u master the parent part u can gain their trust. :)

I was told I was pushing her away because I have to be a parent before I'm her friend. I don't like being the bad guy!! They feel I stay on them all the time its that there daddy is a truck driver and he stays gone so they feel I'm the only one that gets on them. I just want nothing but the best for them
