Is it ok to give my baby water every after milk time? I am confused because my baby's pedia told me that there is no need to give water because his milk has already enough water..

Your pediatrician is right, your baby does not need water. There is plenty of water in formula and breastmilk. If your baby is hydrated (wet nappies will tell you this), then you shouldn't be concerned.

Babies under a year do not need water. At 6+ months it is OK to offer an ounce or two in a sippy cup a couple of times/week to help them learn to use a cup... but it is not NEEDED.

If your doctor said no water, do what your doctor says. Water can actually poison a newborn baby. They get enough hydration and nutrients from breast milk or formula.

Under 6 months all baby needs is formula or breastmilk. Older than 6 months water is only as needed. If it's a really hot day then yes but other than that no.
