I'm 36 weeks pregnant and was looking for a waterproof seat protector for my car incase my water breaks during labor. I was having a difficult time finding one. My husband found one and it's like $200.00. I am choking over the cost. Does anyone know where I can get one for much cheaper? I had about $50.00 budgeted for this in my mind.

No worries, I was confused to. My midwife kept asking if my waters were broken and I kept telling her "no I think I am just wetting myself a little" lol Good luck, I hope your labour goes well :)

I didn't have anything prepared but on my way to the hospital my hubby put a garbage bag on the seat and a couple of towels for me to sit on.

Is this your first baby? I was expecting the big gush of my waters breaking, like I had seen on tv, but apparently it doesn't happen like that for most people. I could hardly tell mine had broken and a maxi pad was enough protection until I got to the hospital.
