Ways to Potty Train?

It sounds as if you have a normal 2 year old. Its good that she is showing interest in going to the potty, but she will have accidents. I would use regular training underwear and not pull ups during the training process so that the sensation of being wet is more acute. Also put her on the potty every couple of hours and of course when she tells you. Don't force it. If she doesn't go in 10 minutes or so, then let her get up and say, "we'll try again later." If she goes give her lots of praise and some sort of reward, stickers, hugs, even a few m&m's, whatever works for you. If she has an accident, don't scold her or get upset at her because that will just make her more afraid to use the potty. Also put her on the potty after meals or snacks as that is the time when the intestines are stimulated and she is more likely to poo on the potty at those times. Also after getting up from a nap dry. Lots of praise, and no pressure. She'll do fine.

I've used treats or stickers on a chart. Some people use books or toys that the child is only allowed to play with if they are sitting on the potty. Every kid is different so just try out a few things and see what works for her. My two year old showed an early interest in potty-training too and now she is almost three and still has accidents. We are slowly getting there. Good luck.
