We began goats milk as my supply began to dwindle when she turned 10months well she began teething again and wasn't sleeping though the night we were nursing in the middle of the night which increased my milk supply. So we only need to do 1 bottle instead of 2. So....
How do I get back to 2?
How much "milk' do you do for your 1yr old?
How do I wean slow enough to not clog my breasts?! I clog easily... 😝

This is such a tough subject as it is so different for every mom. I weaned my last at two years old. FIVE count them1,2,3,4,5 years later, if I held a newborn I could feel a let down and make milk again. Too bad I could not be a wet nurse!
If you want to bump up, nurse often, stay hydrated and skin to skin. If you want to wean, slow and steady, cut the feedings by a minute or two every other day. Wear a snug bra and don't let baby latch for comfort.
